Your Custom Scotland Itinerary, Tailored to You

Backed by over 10 years of exploring Scotland solo and without a car, this service makes planning your trip simple and stress-free.

Your Personalised Scotland Travel Itinerary

Dreaming of a trip to Scotland, but feel lost in all the planning?

I’ve been there. Figuring out routes, booking accommodation and choosing what is actually doable can feel like a second job, especially if it’s your first time travelling solo or without a car.

Without a clear plan, it’s easy to waste time backtracking, miss places you were excited about, or realise too late that something simply isn’t practical. Planning can feel like juggling dozens of decisions at once, from routes and transport to weather, timing, and availability, all while trying not to miss anything important.

Imagine stepping off the plane knowing every detail is taken care of. Every day is mapped out so you know exactly where to go, how to get there, and how to make the most of your time.

You feel confident navigating Scotland and have an itinerary that speaks to you, whether that’s exploring the Highlands, wandering ruined castles, or discovering the sights and experiences you’ve been dreaming of.

Done-For-You Tailored Itineraries

You’re In Control

I plan every detail, but you make the bookings. That means flexibility with dates, accommodation, and transport, without being locked into a package.

With my bespoke itinerary planning, you’ll get a day-by-day plan shaped around your interests, travel style, and pace.

My goal is to help you feel confident, organised, and excited for every moment of your Scotland adventure.

Frequently Asked Questions About Custom Travel Planning

Ideally, six to 12 months before your trip. This gives us enough time to create a tailored itinerary and secure popular tours or accommodation. Once your plan is ready, you can start booking with confidence.

No problem! I can still create a bespoke itinerary. Please note that some activities or hotels might be fully booked, but you’ll still have a clear, organised plan to make the most of your time.

It’s best to have flights booked or at least know your travel dates. This affects where you’ll stay, the routes you take, and what you’ll pack.

I don’t make bookings because I’m not a travel agent. My role is to provide a fully tailored itinerary with recommended hotels, activities, and transport routes. This gives you flexibility, control, and confidence as you book.

As this is a planning service, refunds are not available. I want you to feel excited about your trip, so you can request up to two revisions on your itinerary. Please see my Terms and Conditions for more details.

That’s completely fine! Together, we’ll identify your interests and goals for your trip. The inquiry form and planning call are designed to uncover exactly what will make your Scotland adventure memorable.

With a bespoke itinerary, you save time, avoid stress, and feel confident navigating Scotland. Every detail is mapped out for your interests and travel style, so you can focus on enjoying your trip rather than worrying about logistics.
